Newfield Coach Training: Become a Coach
Many coaching professionals consider Newfield to be the world’s premier training organization. We teach coaching like no other school, and our graduates become extraordinary personal/executive coaches. Specifically, we teach Ontological Coaching™, which transforms your worldview and capacity for action while learning to coach others for sustainable change and integration.
We strongly believe that coaching cannot be reduced to a “to do” checklist or oversimplified models. For us coaching is a multi-disciplinary profession that requires a comprehensive, cutting-edge understanding of human growth as well as development of finely-honed skills to catalyze individual/ organizational growth.
Our multi-disciplinary approach is immediately practical and grounded in contemporary principles and proven practice: the philosophy of language; phenomenology; the biology of cognition; the work of Dr. Clare Graves and contemporary philosopher, Ken Wilber; recent advances in body/movement studies; emotional intelligence; the latest in personal and organizational development theory and practice. Our models, materials and methods catalyze your learning and your ability to embody the changes necessary for effective change and masterful living.
We’ve taught coaching since 1991 in North America, South America and Europe. Our international network of graduates report enormously successful results and satisfaction. We promise that by participating in our coach training programs you will:
Become an extraordinarily effective coach
Greatly increase your ability and capacity for masterful living and action
Positively affect, improve and reshape the systems in which you live and work
The Newfield Coach Training Program
