The Newfield Coach Training Program Accredited by the International Coach Federation
The Newfield Coach Training Program is comprised of Foundations, Newfield's core personal transformation program, and The Art and Practice of Ontological Coaching (TAPOC). In TAPOC, you apply the models, skills, and competencies of coaching based on the principles you learned in Foundations. Apply to become a Newfield Certified Coach™ after completing Foundations + TAPOC.

This Program Qualifies You for Coach Certification
TAPOC and its prerequisite, Foundations, give you the professional framework to become qualified for coach certification. Practical requirements include attending program conferences, participating in teleclasses, and studying and applying Newfield’s ontological models.
You may apply to become a Newfield Certified Coach after completing this program. Upon completion, you may also leverage your learning by joining and becoming credentialed through the International Coach Federation.

Gain a framework for understanding the roles brand, marketing, and sales play in developing your business from an ontological perspective. Place yourself within this framework to see added possible perspectives and actions you can take to strengthen these aspects of your business.
