Foundations of Generative Leadership is a 3-day workshop providing you with the essential, non-discretionary distinctions for effective coaching in organizations. FGL is a pre-requisite conference to beginning the CEO (Coaching Excellence in Organizations) program. After this FGL conference, participants who join CEO will continue by registering for CEO, and then being added to the program. Elements of the CEO program include study groups, learning through coaching practice guides, work with a CEO certified coach, and three additional in-person conferences.
