Transformational leadership and professional development programmes for executives that build a new breed of leaders
Life coaching has never been anything like this - a bold new direction for life and business
We develop leaders with a new way of thinking and a new vision.
How do we achieve this? We work with people on what they care about most. We delve into the innermost part of what makes you extraordinary and enhance the qualities that not only make you unique, but also strengthen your inner power and potential.
The path one is on does not matter. For many their path may take unexpected twists and turns along the way and the truth is that nothing is certain. It is the journey and your reaction to problems, challenges, and interactions that mark you as a human being.
Corporate leaders, teachers, military officers, health care professionals, lawyers, accountants and engineers have all engaged in Newfield’s professional development programmes.
Everyone has a different life and a different vantage point. We at Newfield work with you to engage your ongoing needs in every phase of your individual development plan. Watch the video below to find out what transformational learning is:
Workshops within organisations or open to the public
Foundations is four months long, with two in-person conferences and virtual work in between. Programme includes:
Group Coaching: In addition to the in-person conferences, you will join seven or so fellow participants for six, two-hour group coaching sessions. Each session revolves around a key topic and involves group coaching, discussion, questions and a review of discovery guides when appropriate. The sessions are an opportunity to deepen your understanding of conference material and readings.
Discovery Guide/Workbook: These course summary workbooks provide you an opportunity for personal reflection about your learning. They also allow your coach to see your learning process, providing context for coaching conversations.
Study Group: Each student will become part of a virtual (or in-person) study group. Your group will have conversations on a regular basis that support completion of the discovery guide activities.
Learning Group: An integral part of Newfield’s methodology is to “learn by practising.” Each student generates a group of six to ten people who are NOT participants in the Foundations programme. By teaching the core material to a group, you will deepen your own understanding to apply to the Newfield experience. These sessions are done in person, with a group of your choosing.
Life coaching is not just about giving a few insights into one’s life, or giving you a mantra to recite. Engaging in your individual development plan gives rise to new ways of thinking. Our ontological coaching methods breed leaders who have a skilled hand at stress management, culture shift within the organisation, restructuring, team development, career advancement and much more.
