Your Personal Growth and Individual Development Plan Awaits
Foundations, Learning for Life, is your first step.
Many people find themselves at a point in their lives where they feel answers elude them. In this fast-paced world, time is difficult to manage, and relationships and emotions can wreak havoc if we are not able to deal with them properly. Perhaps it is time to take control of your life.
Personal growth is something that doesn’t have to take years; it can be a lightning-fast realisation that fundamentally shifts the way you think. Foundations gives you an individual development plan and the tools to become more in tune with your life, goals, and relationships.
The Newfield Network uses ontological training methods that broaden your immediate reach in life. Your relationships with others, as well as your own ability to create and innovate, will be supercharged.
Maybe you’ve had glimpses of this power within you—a feeling of control over life, no matter how fleeting, that no matter what is thrown at you, you’ll be ok. It’s within each of us. We just need to know how to tap into those abilities.
A powerful thought can come at any moment. You could be out for a walk or on the train, and when it happens you feel your personal growth. The area around you gets brighter, you feel more alive, and things become far more manageable. That personal growth spurt can be exponentially increased and your inner potential harnessed fully. With an individual development plan that has no equal, you will be set to embark on the greatest journey of your life.
Foundations is the first step. Work, relationships, and family are all examined. Learn to take control of your life and begin to live it to the fullest.
Foundations is four months long, with two in-person conferences and virtual work in between. Programme includes:
Group Coaching: In addition to the in-person conferences, you will join seven or so fellow participants for six, two-hour group coaching sessions. Each session revolves around a key topic and involves group coaching, discussion, questions and a review of discovery guides when appropriate. The sessions are an opportunity to deepen your understanding of conference material and readings. |
Discovery Guide/Workbook: These course summary workbooks provide you an opportunity for personal reflection about your learning. They also allow your coach to see your learning process, providing context for coaching conversations. |
Study Group: Each student will become part of a virtual (or in-person) study group. Your group will have conversations on a regular basis that support completion of the discovery guide activities. |
Learning Group: An integral part of Newfield’s methodology is to “learn by practising.” Each student generates a group of six to ten people who are NOT participants in the Foundations programme. By teaching the core material to a group, you will deepen your own understanding to apply to the Newfield experience. These sessions are done in person, with a group of your choosing. |
