Newfield Network was founded by Julio Olalla, out of a need that he saw for people to learn in a new way.

Newfield Europe grew out of an expanding need for this type of learning in the United Kingdom. With programmes led and overseen by Aboodi Shabi, PCC, it has earned its reputation as the #1 ICF certified coach training school in the U.K. for beginning and experienced coaches.
Our mission is to provide individuals and organisations with learning experiences to inhabit the Earth in a more fully, responsibly, and joyful way.
We integrate the latest thinking models and concepts from many disciplines (philosophy, biology, science, psychology, management theory, cosmology, and systems thinking) and apply them to your personal growth. Our broad network of personal development coaches and leaders utilise relevant truths that are immediately applicable to you, while providing tools to lead in a more conscious way.
How did we get started?
Newfield Network began in 1991, led by a visionary thinker, Julio Olalla, who emigrated from Chile to the United States after the 1973 coup d’état. Julio’s greatest gift is his ability to absorb teachings from some of the greatest minds and then tap into the deep concepts and teachings, synthesising a veritable mixing pot of intelligentsia into a powerfully directed relevant and actionable “school of life."
 For six years, Newfield Network offered a personal development coaching programme that morphed into our signature coach training programme in 1998.
We aligned this programme with the competencies and ethics of the International Coach Federation and teach this programme in seven countries, now called Newfield Network’s Certified Coach Training Programme. We also continued to teach our core personal leadership programme, Foundations.
In the late-1990s, we began to get requests from organisations who were tired of spending money on traditional training and leadership courses that were not producing results. They wanted the kind of learning environment and the kind of conversations that they could find in our personal development and ontological coaching programmes. We began to offer customised programmes for organisations in the areas of building trust, communication, and leadership.
Today Newfield Network has offices in seven countries and in multiple languages. We offer personal growth, executive coaching and coach training around the globe – all based on the ontological methods developed by Julio Olalla.
