Organizational Workshops
Newfield's 1- or 2-day, in-house workshops will dramatically shift your understanding of and your actions inside your organization.
Based on deeply grounded theory and years of practice, these workshops are dynamic, interactive, innovative, and practical. They provide your team, department, or organization with the “how-to’s” to deliver better value to all stakeholders (internal and external) and generate a culture based on what matters most to the organization and its members.
I hear the Newfield distinctions in so many of my conversations. We have found it very helpful. The program was a great "step back" from the press of life. Personally, I have also found much value in the learning. Thank you! —B. Quaintance, AARP |
We offer these internal workshops that can be customized for your needs:
I want to thank you for your generosity of spirit and your humility. You faced the challenges we presented to you with great courage and openness. —J. Acevedo, FDIC |

Building and Embodying Leadership Workshop
Knowledge is only a rumor until it’s in the muscle. —A Papua New Guinea proverb
A leader's ability to enroll others in a shared vision and purpose is based on more than intelligence or persuasive powers. Influencing and engaging with others is exponentially more effective when the leader has developed a leadership presence—a physical presence consistent with his or her thoughts, words, and emotions and aligned with what he or she cares about. This workshop teaches you how to embody presence as a leader or as a manager. Click to learn more.
Conversational Competency Workshop
Organizations do not learn; people learn. It may be useful to ask, “What do people do in organizations?” One of their main activities is talking. Managers spend 63 to 69 percent of their time in conversation. If we could develop a foundation discipline based on conversation, it might become the much sought-after sixth discipline. —Peter M. Senge from The Fifth Discipline
Conversation is the means by which human beings get things done. It’s what you do everyday to coordinate action or share a vision or innovate or take care of what you care about. It is one of the fundamental, yet often overlooked, building blocks of effectiveness in action. In this workshop, you will benefit from the latest powerful breakthroughs in the application of language and communication for individuals, teams, and organizations. Participants will leave with an increased competency to communicate and relate with more efficiency and effectiveness and with greater ease. Click to learn more.
Transforming Your Relationship to Money Workshop
Our relationship to money is a major source of stress and illness. Evidenced by escalating corporate costs, the rise in consumer spending, and the accumulation of debt, there is a vicious spiral of overspending, materialism, and entitlement that keeps people blind to how they view money, use money, are defined by money, and how much stress this causes.
Your organization can be on the forefront of proactively helping employees become empowered in their relationship to wealth. This workshop has participants look at how their approach to and relationship with money and wealth impacts their choices and provides tools for how to have a healthier relationship to money, wealth, and finance.
