This is a programme for experienced coaches. CEO will enable you to deliver greater value to your clients by showing them how to identify and address the underlying concerns and opportunities in their organisations.
As an external coach, you will gain a competitive advantage in the crowded marketplace. As an internal coach, you will add significant ROI to your organisation.

At the same time, you will deeply explore “what world” is emerging that organisations will constitute themselves within. And what does “effectiveness” look like in this world that is emerging? This programme will give the you not only a competitive advantage, but will profoundly enhance your confidence and capacity to help organisations deal with the issues of our times.

Coaching Excellence in Organisations is a 2-year programme to become certified as a CEO Executive Coach™. The learning and practices are deep, rich, and evolutionary. They will profoundly heighten the impact you have as an organisational/executive coach and fundamentally alter the way the leaders and managers you coach engage with others to generate results.
The focus in the first year is on the evolutionary leadership and management components necessary for organisations to thrive and on how you, as the coach, can support them in generating healthy organisational cultures and members.
In the second year, you will learn the skills, conversations, and practices that are fundamental to generating a vital, adaptable, organisational culture. Emphasis will be on coaching on innovation and design of large initiatives.
You may enroll one year at a time or enroll for the full 2-year programme. At the end of the second year, you are eligible to apply for certification as a CEO Executive Coach™.
About the Programme What you'll learn in CEO is concrete, practical, and immediately applicable. You will:
- Learn how to design and bring shifts to leadership and management practices that will positively impact organisational performance.
- Address the skills and practices that make teams effective in making and managing commitments that satisfy their customers.
- Gain operational answers and frameworks for working with organisational practices, including:
- Dealing productively and creatively with breakdowns
- Managing satisfaction, dissatisfaction, and expectations
- Building high value
- Managing overwhelm and capacity
- Explore what it means to lead and to organise in the world being born. What are the skills, competencies, and wisdom needed to face the increasing speed and complexity of our times?
- Address the crucial dimension of emotions and moods in organisational life and learn how to distinguish them and address their role in leadership impact.

Tuition: € 9,500 per year (Does not include travel, hotel, or meals.) Note: Inquire about discounts for 2 or more attending from one organisation.
Certification & Credits: Successful completion of CEO provides you 61 CCEUs (41 directly relate to ICF Core Competencies) in the first year and 40 CCEU’s in the second, applicable to recertification with the International Coach Federation and makes you eligible for certification as a CEO Executive Coach™.
Prerequisites
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an organisational or executive coach.
- Current, ongoing practice as a coach who works within an organisation or who is external to one.
