Terrie Lupberger on to New Possibilities 

To my esteemed colleagues,
 
It is with a mixture of sadness and excitement that I write to let you know that I am stepping down as Newfield’s CEO.
 
After being in this role for 10 years, I’m yearning to write a new chapter in my professional life.
 
I’m very proud of our growth and achievements during this time.  We began in 1999 with one coach training program and 40 participants.  We’re now offering our signature personal development program (Foundations) AND our coaching certification program twice a year in the US, as well as in Canada, Europe and, in early 2010, in Asia through The Works Partnership.
 
I’ll continue supporting Newfield on special projects, and I’ll continue doing executive coaching.  I’m also listening to “the call” to see what else wants to emerge.
 
I want to thank you truly, madly, deeply for sharing a piece of the journey with me.
 
I’m sure our paths will cross again out of our mutual desire to bring the power of transformation and the possibilities it holds to the world.
