Program DetailsThe Newfield Coach Training Program is comprised of two modules:
- The first module, Foundations, is Newfield's core personal development program. This is the prerequisite for moving on to the second module.
- The second module is The Art and Practice of Ontological Coaching, or “TAPOC." In TAPOC, you apply the models, skills, and competencies of coaching, based on the principles learned in Foundations. TAPOC and its prerequisite, Foundations, are delivered over eight months and consist of three in-person conferences. They are the professional training needed to become qualified for Newfield and ICF coach certification.
Practical requirements include:
- Attending program conferences
- Participating in teleclasses
- Reading and discussion of Newfield “white papers” and reading selections
- Being coached and practicing coaching
- Studying and applying Newfield’s ontological models in action
Your tuition includes coaching throughout the program by a Newfield Certified Coach®, who will support you in embodying the learning.
