Coaching is about helping our clients get results. Isn’t it?
Well, yes, of course it is. But. . . when we become over-focused on results, we miss the opportunities to explore beneath the surface, to listen to what gold there might be waiting to emerge.
During this experiential session, we will be exploring how to use silence and space to make our coaching much deeper and more effective by letting go of our focus on results and getting more present to our coachees and their true concerns.
Presented by the London Coaching Group. All coaches and those interested in coaching are welcome.
